Nanoparticles as friction modifiers during mechanical treatment

The application prospective of diamond nanoparticles as additives into cooling liquids in case of abrasive finishing is considered. When polishing, the addition of a diamond-containing charge into polishing compositions improves the parameters of chemical–mechanical polishing.
