Lymphocyte subpopulations in Chinese women with Turner syndrome

Purpose Turner syndrome (TS) is associated with deficiency of cellular and humoral immunity. However, the characteristics of lymphocyte subpopulations in Chinese women with TS have not been reported. In this study, the percentage of lymphocyte subpopulations and the mRNA expression of some transcription factors were determined in patients with TS. The effect of the hormone substitution on lymphocyte subpopulations was also analyzed.
