Analysis and Optimization of Magnetic Performance Consistency for Magnetic Release

Processing tolerance is unavoidable and easy to affect the magnetic performance consistency of magnetic release. The impact of tolerance on magnetic performance of magnetic release is researched in this paper. The main influencing factors of magnetic performance are analyzed by magnetic circuit method, including contact area between yoke and armature, yoke thickness and yoke notch size. And an orthogonal test is established to find the optimal parameter combination. The obtained conclusions can provide guidance for the design and optimization of magnetic release.
