The optimization of bilberry rapid micropropagation in vitro culture.

2010
This paper studied the factors affecting bilberry rapid micropropagation with improved WPM as basic culture medium and stem segment of bilberry as explant in vitro culture. The results showed that initial culture system was quickly created when the explants collected stem segment of bilberry in March was treated in dark at pH 4. 2 for 22 h and WPM was modified by adding ZT(1 mg/L) and TDZ(0. 2 mg/L). The induced differentiation of bilberry multiple shoot clumps were verified with the improved WPM + ZT (1. 5 mg/L) by orthogonal experiment.
