Bus bar and manufacturing method of bus bar

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar which can be easily manufactured while maintaining reliability relating to electrical connection, and a manufacturing method of the bus bar.SOLUTION: A bus bar 1 comprises a conductive main body part 10 and an insulator part 20 that covers the main body part 10. The insulator part 20 includes a deposition spot 21 including a first member 30 through which a laser beam of a predetermined wavelength is permeable, and a second member 40 which absorbs the laser beam, and depositing the first member 30 and the second member 40 in at least of a portion of a contact spot between the first member 30 and the second member 40. The main body part 10 includes a contact spot 11 that is exposed from the insulator part 20. One of the first member 30 and the second member 40 includes a projection 31 or 45 where one member protrudes towards the other member, and the other of the first member 30 and the second member 40 includes a recess 44 or 32 the other member recesses correspondingly to the projection 31 or 45. In a state where the projections 31 and 45 are inserted into the recesses 44 and 32, the first member 30 and the second member 40 are deposited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
