Design Of High Power Pulse Laser Driver Based On Soft Switch Technology

With the wide application of laser processing technology, many high-precision processing fields require higher and higher operation effect and stability of laser driver. Therefore, this paper proposes the design of high-power pulse laser driver based on soft switching technology. Combined with waveform interleaving technology to optimize, in order to reduce the switch loss of high-power pulse laser driving power supply, improve the power output density; improve the linearity and frequency response characteristics of high-power pulse laser driving power supply in the use process, accelerate the response speed of output capacitive load, and realize the reasonable design of high-power pulse laser driving power supply. The experimental results show that the high power pulse laser driver based on soft switching technology has relatively fast response speed and better robustness in the actual process, which fully meets the research requirements.
