Study on the conditions of mycelial growth of Lyophyllum decastes.

The mycelium growth condition of Lyophyllum decastes,including carbon and nitrogen sources,mineral salt and pH of medium,was studied in this paper.The effect of fruiting body lixivium on the growth of mycelia was also studied.The results showed that the best carbon and nitrogen source were glucose and peptone respectively.Addition of 0.1 %(w/v) KH2PO4 or CaCl2 into medium could increase the growth rate;Mycelia could grow in the pH 5.0-9.0 medium,but it grew better in acidic environments than alkaline one;It had a obviously useful in promoting growth that added the Lyophyllum lixivium into medium.
