International Military Commitment Indicators: Operational Definitions

Abstract : The report presents operational definitions for selected international military commitment indicators. It also describes the empirical components of a procedure for measuring international commitments and identifies sources of commitment data and lists the national actors and targets for which commitment data are being collected.
