PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide breads containing a liquid oil and having improved melting feeling in the mouth. SOLUTION: The breads containing the liquid oil is obtained by formulating (A) 0.5-8 pts. wt. fat and oil, (B) 0.5-17 pts. wt. liquid oil having ≤20°C melting point, (C) 0.001-2 pts. wt. humectant and (D) 0.1-7 pts. wt. emulsifier with 100 pts. wt. flour.
