Cylindrical shell straight-plate finned automobile exhaust thermoelectric generation device

2013
The invention discloses a cylindrical shell straight-plate finned automobile exhaust thermoelectric generation device. Two semi-cylindrical shells with identical structures are connected onto an exhaust pipe in an abutting manner and fixed by fastening bolts in a welded mode, heat conducting fins are mounted on assembly grooves reserved in the semi-cylindrical shells, a certain number of thermoelectric generation modules are closely fitted on two sides of the fins, an independent thin-walled cooling pipeline with a rectangular section is arranged on the thermoelectric generation module on each surface of the fins, the cooling pipeline on each surface of the fins is fixedly mounted by supporting disks at two ends and a fastening device, and insulation gaskets are additionally mounted at different positions of the supporting disks to reduce influence on the temperature of cooling liquid in a cooling channel. The cylindrical shell straight-plate finned automobile exhaust thermoelectric generation device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, high working reliability, fine heat conducting effect and the like. Compared with a traditional exhaust pipe thermoelectric generation device, the structure of the exhaust pipe does not need to be changed, exhaust back pressure cannot be affected, and the cylindrical shell straight-plate finned automobile exhaust thermoelectric generation device is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
