Thin film solar cell having high photoelectric conversion efficiency comprising: p-type formed on the substrate (1), the back surface electrode layer (2), the back surface electrode layer (2) is formed on (1) the light-absorbing layer substrate (3) and the p-type interface with the n-type transparent conductive film formed on the (3) light-absorbing layer (5), a light absorbing layer on the back electrode (2) and the p-type layer (3) forming a gap (6).
