Global existence and nonexistence for semilinear hyperbolic equations with conical degeneration

In this article we study the initial boundary value problem of semilinear degenerate hyperbolic equation  on a manifold with conical singularity. By using a family of potential wells and concavity methods, we obtain global existence and blow-up in finite time of solution on a manifold with conical singularities.
