Method for manufacturing sliced bamboo decoration material

The invention relates to an improved method for manufacturing a sliced bamboo decoration material. The method solves the problems that: 1, the sliced bamboo decoration material is made of short bamboo chips, and the limitation that the bamboo plate width is limited by the bamboo chip length is broken; and 2, by changing the water injection technology, the injection is faster and more uniform. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing the short bamboo chips; 2) manufacturing short bamboo plates; 3) lengthening and shaping the short bamboo plates, namely tenoning, gluing, and lengthening the short bamboo plates; 4) humidifying long bamboo plates, namely placing the bamboo plates into a cold water tank for impregnating at normal pressure, impregnating radial bamboo plates for 10 to 20 days, and impregnating chordwise bamboo plates for 10 to 20 days, and performing pressurization and water injection on the impregnated long bamboo plates to ensure that the moisture content of the long bamboo plates is over 25 percent; 5) manufacturing square bamboo, namely performing air drying on the humidified long bamboo plates until the moisture content is between 30 and 45 percent, applying a wet curing adhesive between a plurality of layers, performing cold-press gluing, and naturally ageing for more than or equal to 12 hours after pressure relief; 6) softening the square bamboo; and 7) slicing.
