The method comprises: - control of the turbomachine element to identify zones having a link failure between the protective coating and the substrate, - the removal of faulty connections between the protective coating and bonding defects are substrat.Les removed by means of a laser beam directed onto each zone having a link failure to cause localized melting of the protective coating and the underlying substrate and permit a healthy bond, at said area, between the protective coating and the substrate after stopping the laser beam.
