Успешное лечение ритуксимабом больной пожилого возраста с резистентной аутоиммунной гемолитической анемией

Review is devoted to the successful treatment of elderly patient with resistant form of AIHA by Rituximab. After 9 months remission we exposed preclinical signs of hemolysis: monitoring of changing creatine level and density of erythrocyte. The patient achieved 2 courses of Rituximab, in both cases the hemolyse was interrupted. Complete remission without supporting therapy has been continuing in 56 months. During observation we didnt find any infection and depression of humoral immunity.
