The invention provides a self-pressurized high-speed abrasive particle flow hole internal surface polishing device. The self-pressurized high-speed abrasive particle flow hole internal surface polishing device comprises two groups of fluid pressurized accelerating mechanisms and clamps which are symmetrically arranged at the left and right ends of a machined workpiece; the fluid pressurized accelerating mechanism comprises a fluid pressurized accelerating cavity, a piston cylinder, a piston, a piston rod and a driving unit; one end of the fluid pressurized accelerating cavity clamps the workpiece by the clamp and is communicated with a workpiece hole, and the other end of the fluid pressurized accelerating cavity is communicated with the piston cylinder; the piston is connected to the interior of the piston cylinder in a matching manner and is connected to the driving unit by the piston rod; and the driving unit can drive the piston to move back and forth in the piston cylinder. The self-pressurized high-speed abrasive particle flow hole internal surface polishing device can solve the problem of difficulty in polishing irregular profiled holes, threaded holes, rifling holes, tiny holes, group tiny holes and the like and has the advantages of high precision, high machining efficiency, small damage and low cost.
