New systems phosphine oxide photoinitiators crosslinkable compositions and low color.

2000
A process for crosslinking polymerizable compounds, ethylenically unsaturated, wherein during crosslinking is minimal yellowing and consisting of adding to said compounds (a) at least one photoinitiator acylphosphine oxide of ** formula ** O O-R1-PC-R3, R2 where R1 and R2, independently of one another, are C1-C12, benzyl, phenyl unsubstituted or substituted one to four times by halogen, C1-C8 alkyl and / or C1-C8; or they are cyclohexyl or -COR 3 group; or R1 is -OR4, or a group O- O - X - P - C - R3; R1, R3 is phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted one to four times by C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, alkylthio C1-C8 and / or halogen, or is a group O O - YCP-R1; R2 R4 is C1-C8 alkyl, phenyl or benzyl; Y is phenylene, C1-C12alkylene or cyclohexylene; and X is C1-C18 or a group and (b) one or more red, blue or organic violet pigments, lightfast, in said process the weight ratio elcomponente (b) and component (a) is between 10 parts per million and 10,000 parts per million and exposing the resulting mixture to ultraviolet radiation or daylight or lumi foci equivalent to daylight nosos.
