Mounting structure of rotor and stator of permanent magnet iron-core-free motor

2014
The invention discloses a rotor structure of a permanent magnet iron-core-free motor. The rotor structure comprises two magnet yokes which are provided with a plurality of magnets, the two magnet yokes are in a disc shape structure with center holes, disc faces of the two magnet yokes are mutually parallel, the magnets on the two magnet yokes are mutually opposite in an one-to-one mode, magnetic polarities of adjacent magnets are opposite, an axial magnetic field is formed among the magnets on the two magnet yokes, and the plurality of magnets on each magnet yoke are alternately and uniformly arranged on the magnet yokes according to N poles and S poles to form a circle. According to the rotor structure of the permanent magnet iron-core-free motor, the assembled motor is small in axial size, low in motor operating noise and high in work efficiency.
