The vehicle interior panel and a vehicle airbag device

The present invention discloses an instrument panel having a base member and a cover member, a cover member bonded to the surface of the base member. Cutting a first groove formed on the back of the base member, as a starting point by the expansion pressure of the airbag base member causes breakage. The cover member by a bottom fabric layer, adhered to the upper surface of the base fabric layer of the cover layer, and an adhesive layer on the back surface of the base fabric constituting the buffer layer. The buffer layer is formed of a knitted fabric of the original. A plurality of layers constituting the lid member, the second cutting grooves are formed only on the back surface of the buffer layer, corresponding to the first base member of the cutting groove. The present invention also discloses a vehicle comprising an airbag device of the plate member.
