THE USE OF AFFINITY CHROMATOGRAPHY FOR PURIFICATION OF ENZYME - ANTIBODY CONJUGATES

Horseradish peroxidase (HRP0) labelled antibodies were purified by affinity chromatography on Concanavalin A, anti-HRPO and Staphylococcal protein A adsorbents. The ability of these adsorbents to react with various products of the labelling reaction was determined. Based on these results we suggested a sequential purification method for the removal of free antibody and unreacted HRPO.
