A low cost pulse shape digitizer for a time projection chamber

Abstract A high speed (24 MHz) pulse shape digitizer with CAMAC interface, suitable to use in a time projection chamber is discussed. Standard TTL logic and simple design is employed to reduce cost yet with a 16K memory and on-line DAC, the circuit is versatile enough to be used in many applications involving the digitization of transient signals.
