The invention relates to synbiotics feed additive for beasts and birds and a preparation method thereof. The synbiotics feed additive comprises the following components: 70 to 80 percent of complex-probiotic preparation and 20 to 30 percent of oligosaccharide synergist, wherein the complex-probiotic preparation adopts the mixture of bacillus subtilis, bacillus natto, saccharomycetes and aspergillus oryzae, and oligosaccharide adopts chitosan. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly preparing complex-probiotic preparation, and then uniformly and proportionally mixing the complex-probiotic preparation and prebiotics-bacillus subtilis, so as to obtain the synbiotics feed additive for beasts and birds.
