INVESTIGATION OF THE PREPARATION PROCESS ENGINE OIL DIESEL ENGINES

2018
Minimization of the disturbance of the natural balance between the issues of accelerating scientific and technological progress and the actual introduction of highly effective equipment and technology with the use of appropriate materials is achieved by conducting systematic studies with obtaining the necessary information on the characteristics, parameters and physicochemical properties of the materials. In this regard, ensuring the acceleration of scientific and technological progress with the use of modern technology, technology and materials, taking into account the observance of natural balance in nature, is an urgent task. The problem of studying the evaporation using the method of tensimetry with a membrane zero-manometer in the temperature range 370600 K (on the example of M-10G2 motor oil) is considered. Based on the dependence of vapor pressure on temperature, a barograms of the engine oil vaporization process is constructed showing a complex steam formation scheme and stepwiseness in the desired temperature range and corresponding dynamics in each stage. Thermodynamic parameters characterizing the enthalpy, entropy and Gibbs energy of M-10G2 diesel oil were obtained.
