Amino acid type fluorocarbon surfactant, synthesis method and application

2011
The invention relates to an amino acid type fluorocarbon surfactant, a synthesis method and application thereof. The method has the following synthetic routes of: 1, reacting perfluor epoxy propane polymer and methanol to generate perfluoromethyl ester; 2, performing amidation reaction on the perfluoromethyl ester and ethylene dimine to generate ethylamine perfluoroamide; and 3, performing addition reaction on the ethylamine perfluoroamide and methyl acrylate under the alkali condition to generate an amino acid fluorocarbon surfactant intermediate, and hydrolyzing the intermediate by adding alkali to generate the amino acid type fluorocarbon surfactant. The surfactant can remarkably improve the fire extinguishing performance of an aqueous film-forming fire extinguishing agent because of containing amino acid and fluorocarbon groups, has water solubility and stable and fine foam, can remarkably reduce the surface tension of an oil-water interface, and is a biodegradable environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant.
