Evaluation of Hodgkin lymphoma cases and determination of prognostic factors

Five-year overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival rates for the entire group were 88.5% and 52%, respectively. In univariate analysis, age (p<0.0001), stage (p<0.005), Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (p<0.0001), B symptoms (p=0.01), serum albumin levels (p=0.01), and serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels (p=0.04) significantly affected OS. Multivariate analysis showed that only ECOG performance status was an important prognostic factor for OS (p<0.001).
