The sensitive element of primary transducer of protein optical sensor

In the paper spectral characteristics of sensitive element of primary transducer of protein optical sensor are investigated. The sensitive element is based on a cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC). Designed sensitive element can be used as primary transducer of protein optical sensor. The problem of minimization of a parasitic influence of outer uninformative optical radiation and electromagnetic noises is being solved. The result was achieved by a combination of two methods - frequency-selective transimpedance amplification of photocurrent and consequent correlation conversion of the signal.
