The results are: (1) entrepreneurial orientation can obviously promote organizational learning; (2) organizational learning can enhance the core competence of the firm; (3) core competence can promote the performance of the firm. Organizational learning does not have a direct effect on organizational performance, while it can do so by influencing core competence first.
