The present invention provides a process for preparing benzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide derivatives, comprising the steps of: diphenyl phosphine oxide derivative, a first solvent and a catalyst are mixed under anaerobic conditions, to give first the reaction solution; the derivatives of benzoic anhydride dissolved in a second solvent to obtain a second reaction solution; mixing the first solution and the second reaction the reaction solution was subjected to a nucleophilic reaction, to obtain the structure shown in formula I benzylamine acyl diphenyl phosphine oxide derivatives. Preparation benzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide derivative of the present invention provides a one-step reaction, reducing reaction step, thereby reducing the waste of raw materials in a number of reaction steps and intermediates because it is not a result of the use of 100%, you can increase the yield of the final product.
