Терапия метаболического синдрома с использованием антагонистов кальция и симвастатина

The effect of monotherapy prolongated antagonists of calcium (niphedipin and verapamil) and symvastatin on the components of metabolic syndrom of 61 men (average age 54,6 ± 4,7 years) suffering metabolic syndrom. The state of blood pressure, carbo-hydrate, lipid metabolism, leptin, resistin level, thyroid gland function, stress hormons-AKTG, cortizole and anti-inflammation citokins of all the patients were studied before treatment and in 8 weeks after treatment. It is shown that verapamil and niphedipin are rather beneficial and safe for treatment of the patients with metabolic syndrom, symvastatin also has hypotension and anty-inflammation effects in addition to hypolipidemic one.
