The utility model relates to a large piled raft foundation structure. Steel pipe concrete pile sections are arranged on the upper portion of foundation processing piles of the structure, connecting parts are evenly welded on the outer walls of steel pipes annularly, and a steel dowel arc is arranged between every two adjacent steel pipe concrete pile section. An earth body on the lower portion of a raft foundation is processed to be a solidified backfill layer, the joint face of the solidified backfill layer and the raft foundation and the middle of the solidified backfill layer are both provided with high-strength rebar meshes, and the bottom face of the raft foundation is poured to be in the shape of an arc in the mode that the bottom face is attached to the upper surface of the solidified backfill layer. Steel combs which are in a radiation shape are distributed on rafts over the tops of the foundation processing piles, and steel sheets on the lower portions of the steel combs are welded with the constructional steel bars inside the steel dowel arcs or the rafts. According to the large piled raft foundation structure, loads on the upper portion of one pile body can be transmitted to an adjacent pile body and the earth body, the load effect value of a single pile can be reduced, the cyclic load and impact load resistant capacity of the foundation are improved, the rafts on the tops of the piles can effectively reduce the negative friction value of the pile bodies, and the pile bodies are prevented from being damaged due to pulling.
