Method for preparing nano ordered microcrack on substrate of strontium titanate

LCMO film is deposited on the STO substrate through laser sputtering. Using the self-organization behavior of LCMO film in the heat treatment process, controlling the depositing temp, the annealing temp and the thickness of the film etc. technical conditions in the preparing procedure makes the nano orthogonal ordered microcrack structure form on the surface of the LCMO film spontaneously. Thus, the goal of the invention is reached. The invention possesses the features of the simple and reliable technique, the easy of control, the good repeatability of the specimen and the low requirement forthe equipment.
