CTS-EDTA的合成与鉴定及其体外螯合Sr(上标 2+)的研究

Objective To obtain chitosan (CTS)-ehylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) compound (CTS-EDTA compound),and compare the chelating ability to Sr(superscript 2+) of CTS and CTS-EDTA. Methods To synthesize CTS-EDTA compound by N-acylation reaction, and use atomic absorption spectrometry to measure the Sr(superscript 2+) concentration changes in the SrCl2 solution with CTS and CTS-EDTA respectively. Results FTIR and 1H-NMR spectrum showed that CTS-EDTA compound was made successfully, and CTS-EDTA's chelating efficiency to Sr(superscript 2+) was over 80% in 10 min, but CTS was almost the same as Control. Conclusion CTS-EDTA's chelating ability to Sr(superscript 2+) was obiviously better than CTS.
