Vibrational Temperatures of Photoexcited Deoxy-Hemoglobin

The anti-Stokes/Stokes ratio of several heme modes were monitored as a function of laser fluence in order to address the vibrational population changes of deoxy-hemoglobin following picosecond photoexcitation.
