Technological and Organizational Engineering of Paint Processing

A technique is proposed for engineering and developing logical and informational models of business processes for a complex chemical-technological system: a technological line for applying special coatings. The practical implementation of the methodology of technological and organizational engineering is shown using the example of project management at NPO Lakokraspokrytiye.
