Manufacturing process for cold roll of lithium battery protective board

The invention discloses a manufacturing process for a cold roll of a lithium battery protective board. The cold roll consists of the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.8-0.9% of C, 0.4-1.0% of Si, 0.3-0.7% of Mn, 3.0-4.5% of Cr, 0.3-0.6% of Ni, 0.3-0.8% of Mo, 0.2-0.5% of V, less than or equal to 0.03% of P, less than or equal to 0.03% of S and the balance of Fe. The cold roll manufactured by adopting the materials has relatively high hardness and wear resistance; under the same-strength using condition, the service life of the cold roll manufactured by the manufacturing process is prolonged by 45-55% in comparison with that of the cold roll manufactured from original common chrome-steel-series materials; and surface-layer hardness of the roll body of the cold roll can reach 97-105HSD.
