The present invention provides a method for generative manufacture of a device (1) with an integrated damping for a turbomachine, particularly a gas turbine, comprising the steps of: generative constructing the component (1), and introducing a cushioning material (2) in the component (1 ) during the step of constructing the generative component (1). The present invention further provides a device (1) with an integrated damping for a turbomachine, particularly a gas turbine, wherein the device (1) is constructed generative, and wherein the device (1) comprises a damping material (2), which in the device (1) is introduced during the generative structure of the component (1). The present invention still further provides a turbomachine, in particular a gas turbine, with such a component (1).
