Disclosed is a real-time three-dimensional simulation and 1. The data visualization methods power measuring device detection system, comprising the steps of: (1) production of the object, the carrier and 3D simulation step production equipment; (2) driver and data integration step; the first is to produce the production data integration object model and the production of a carrier; the second is the analog position, status, operation and behavior of the production objects, and the carrier produced by the real-time data acquisition equipment; (3 ) scene data integration and linkage step; 4) optimization data; ORACLE database is optimized, the production data storage table is divided into multiple parts. The present invention fully on the state of the art production scheduling of monitoring were analyzed, and the way the use of three-dimensional real-time simulation and integration of real-time production data, to solve the traditional production scheduling software and on-site video surveillance, not production scheduling and on-site to on a platform integrated control of the situation were contradictory, greatly improve development efficiency simulation system.
