HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONSEP DIRI AKADEMIK DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TEMAN DENGAN PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK PENULISAN SKRIPSI PADA MAHASISWA

This study aims to: (1) determine the relationship between academic self
concept and social friends support with academic procrastination of writing thesis
in university students, (2) determine the relationship between academic self
concept with academic procrastination of writing thesis in university students, (3)
determine the relationship between social friends support with academic
procrastination of writing thesis in college students.
Study subjects totaled 102 students (72 students from semester 8, 23
student from semester 10, and 7 students from semester 12) derived from Prodi
Geography Education FIS UNNES. The data was collected using the three scales
of academic procrastination scale, the scale of academic self concept, and the
scale of social support of friends. Analysis of data using multiple regression
analysis method.
The results showed that: (1) there is a very significant relationship between
academic self concept and social friends support with academic procrastination of
writing thesis, (2) there is a very significant negative relationship between
academic self concept with academic procrastination of writing thesis, (3) there is
a significant negative relationship between social friends support with academic
procrastination of writing thesis.
