Analysis on HMW-GS and quality properties of wheat with oat DNA.

To analysis compose of HMW-GS and quality properties of wheat(11 materials)with oat DNA.The results showed that the composition of HMW-GS of 11 wheat materials are different with receptor 'Ningchun 4'(with 1,17+18,5+10 subunit),three kinds of subunit composition were found in this tested wheat materials,7 materials contain 1,7+9,5+10 subunit.The average value of protein content,wet gluten content,sedimentation and hardness of these wheat materials have been improved more than 1.35 and 5.73 percent points,9.49 mL and 1.23 percent points compared with receptor 'Ningchun 4',respectively.
