The utility model discloses a permanent-magnet operating mechanism which comprises a supporting stand, a first static iron core, a second static iron core, a moving iron core, a permanent magnet, a guide bar and an excitation coil, wherein the first static iron core and the second static iron core are fixed in the supporting stand, the permanent magnet is positioned between the first static iron core and the second static iron core, the excitation coil is installed on the outer end of the second static iron core, the guide bar penetrates through the first static iron core, the second static iron core and the middle portion of the permanent magnet, and the sheet-like round moving iron core is fixed on one end of the guide bar and located on the front end of an opening air gap of the second static iron core. The rear end of the moving iron core is provided with another group of a first static iron core, a second static iron core and a permanent magnet, wherein the outer end of the second static iron core is provided with a demagnetizing coil. The permanent-magnet operating mechanism has simple structure and quite convenient processing, and the mass of the moving iron core is light, thereby the generated impact force is small, furthermore, motion elements can not be contacted with the permanent magnet, the confining force is large, and the movement is stable.
