A micro-amplitude angular vibration exciter comprises a base (1), a rotor (2) and the like; the base (1) and the rotor (2) are coaxial and combined to be in butt joint to form a hollow cylinder structure; voice coil motors (4) leave the axis of the base (1) to be transversely installed at the butt-joint interval of the base (1) and the rotor (2); the movable ends (41) and the fixed ends (42) of the voice coil motors (4) are connected with the base (1) and the rotor (2) correspondingly; the resultant force of thrust generated by the voice coil motors (4) is zero, and only torque is generated; a flexible hinge (3) is coaxial with the base (1) and the rotor (2) and installed in the middle of the cylinder structure, and the two ends of the flexible hinge (3) are connected with the base (1) and the rotor (2) correspondingly; and a driver (5) is connected with the voice coil motors (4) and drives the movable ends (41) of the voice coil motors (4) to generate thrust. The micro-amplitude angular vibration exciter is simple and compact in structure, small in damp, rapid in frequency response, high in output torque or angular displacement signal precision, and small in output torque or angular displacement signal amplitude.
