The security management's potential pitfalls and precaution countermeasure in maternity ward.

Objective:To study maternity safety management of the potential hazard,and control the infection in the ward of hospital effectively by taking preventive measures according to the potential hazard.Methods:Analyse some elements according to the potential hazard in the maternity ward,and come up with precautionary measures proposed by the nursing.Results:We take improve-ment measures and evaluate the feedback on the basis of the existing problems and mistakes,and the accident never happen.Conclusions:Maternity is needed to be equipped with a highly responsible to and caring personnel who can implement the mother and baby care sys-tem.And we can strengthen awareness during the operation process of nursing,strengthen consciousness of safety and reduce traffic ca-sualty accident in health education,and act on the important thought of "maternal and child is the first".Only in this way,we can ensure the safety of maternal and child's maternity ward in a safe,comfortable and harmonious surroundings.
