In the work it is carried out research of ability of absorption by Najas microdon the metals Fe, Zn, Cu, Ni, Al, and also phe-nolic substances phenol, o-cresol, pyrocatechin, hydroquinone, resorcin, thymol, m-aminophenol, 1and 2naphthols from samples of sewage. The opportunity and expediency of use of Najas microdon for carrying out the additional cleaning of sew-age is shown.
