國民中學導師課室互動中「品德教育」之個案研究

This paper studies the interaction of classroom teacher in the class of character education, its contents and its methods. We take a class at a Junior high school in Pingtung County as the object of study. By observations, interviews, documents collecting, and so on, we have studied a classroom teacher and her 35 students in 28 times. After a careful analysis and taxonomy of data, we come to some tentative results: (1) The contents of character education include the cultivation of students' values and the interaction with other people. (2) The methods taken by the classroom teacher include experience sharing, free expression and story telling stories. The paper is concluded with some following suggestions: (1) Reflection, discussion, and sharing about knowledge and counseling skill among colleagues should be promoted. (2) Classroom teacher should apply the methods of interaction to students so that they would be active in looking for teacher's assistance.
