The invention relates to a method for producing a ferrite pre-sintering material through steelmaking dry dedusting fine ash. The method includes the steps that (1) the steelmaking dry dedusting fine ash is evenly mixed, levigated and screened to be made into dedusting fine ash with the average grain diameter D50 being smaller than 10 microns; (2) the screened dedusting fine ash is subjected to slurry mixing and stirring dispersion in water, and a magnetic separator is used for conducting magnetic separation and impurity removal; (3) the dedusting fine ash which is subjected to magnetic separation is pelletized and dried; (4) roasting oxidation is carried out in a heating furnace, so that iron oxide red is obtained; (5) the iron oxide red, strontium carbonate and additives are allocated in proportion into an evenly-mixed material, the evenly-mixed material is subjected to coarse mixing by a double-stirring strong mixing machine first, and then secondary fine mixing is conducted through a dry roller type ball mill; the evenly-mixed material which is subjected to secondary fine mixing is used for preparing the ferrite pre-sintering material through an existing technology. The ferrite pre-sintering material produced through the method is stable in quality, even in ingredient and good in magnetic property; the preparation cost of the ferrite pre-sintering material is lowered, and the environmental pollution caused by steelmaking dedusting ash is effectively reduced.
