The invention discloses an energy-saving device for recovering and utilizing waste heat of an air compressor. The energy-saving device is structurally characterized in that a gas channel heat exchanger (6) is connected between a high-temperature gas inlet pipe (2) and a high-temperature gas outlet pipe (3) of the compressor (1); an oil channel heat exchanger (20) is connected between a high-temperature oil inlet pipe (17) and a high-temperature oil outlet pipe (16) of the compressor (1); the heating water outlets (7) of a gas channel heat changer (6) and an oil channel heat exchanger (20) are respectively communicated with a water circulation tank (15); and the cooling water outlet of the water circulation tank is respectively communicated with the cooling water inlets of the gas channel heat exchanger and the oil channel heat changer. Effective heat exchange of high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas both generated by the compressor are carried out, the oil and the gas are reasonably utilized, and waste heat is exchanged with cold water, as a result, the temperatures of the oil and the gas generated by the compressor are lowered, in addition, the cold water is changed into hot water for use, economical operation of the compressor is realized, the service life of the compressor is prolonged, and energy is saved.
