The method mainly comprises the procedures of (1) raw material pretreatment: softening hemp, lubricating, stowing, and cutting hemp; (2) spinning: blending, carding, drawing, roving, spinning, and spooling; and (3) weaving: warping, sizing, reeding, winding on weft, weaving cloth and inspecting cloth. By adopting the method, the spinnability of banana fibers is improved, the noil proportion is reduced, the difficulty of spinning and weaving with banana fibers is effectively reduced, and the produced yarns are high in fabric strength and good in quality.
