Transformer with common fault simulating function

2012
The present utility model relates to the transformer fault simulation field, especially to a transformer with a common fault simulating function. The transformer comprises a transformer body which is provided with a silicon steel plate iron core inside, and a winding is wound on the silicon steel plate iron core. The transformer is characterized in that the top part of the transformer body is provided with three iron core grounding sleeves, three grounding wires are led out from the silicon steel plate iron core to the iron core grounding sleeve, wherein a first grounding wire and a second grounding wire are led out from two adjacent silicon steel plates of the about 25% sheet grade position, a third grounding wire is led out from a silicon steel plate of the about 75% sheet grade position, and the three iron core grounding sleeves are respectively used for leading out a grounding wire to realize grounding or breaking externally. On the basis of a test transformer, research on a monitoring and detection device of iron core two-point grounding, short circuit between iron core sheets, overheating, partial discharge and other faults can be realized, research on the developing process of the faults under a plurality of conditions can be realized, and research on fault coping strategy can be realized.
