Application of SE-9000 hematology analyzer in determination of hematopoietic stem cells in peripheral blood

Objective To explore the value of SE 9000 hematology analyzer in determination of hematopoietic stem cells in peripheral blood. Methods 3 patients were enrolled, and peripheral blood samples collected from the subjects were determined continuously for 6 days with SE 9000 hematology analyzer and flowcytometry(FCM). Results It is highly co relative between the data obtained with the two methods( r=0.923,P0.01 ). Conclusion SE 9000 hematology analyzer has more advantage than FCM method, since it is fast, convenient, accurate and economical.
