Sprayed Cds/CulnSe2 Solar Cells: First Results

The objective of this paper is to present our recent studies performed on chemical spray pyrolysis CulnSe2 thin films, particularly the composition analysis of the samples and the study of the electrical properties. Moreover the photovoltaic characteristics of some CdS-CulnSe2 solar cells are given.
